Senior Pastors Daniel & Clover Williams
President & Vice President
After serving seven years as Associate Pastors at The River at Tampa Bay Church, both Pastors Daniel & Clover Williams felt the call to move to Fort Myers, FL, to launch the River Church at Fort Myers. Daniel, Clover and their one-year old son moved to Fort Myers in November 2018 to set the stage to launch their first service in April of 2019. Their heart is to minister the pure Word of God, serve the community, and to see souls saved. They desire to raise up ministers and leaders who will eventually plant churches and evangelize the Gospel of Jesus Christ across the world. They both received their Bachelor’s degree in Ministry from the River Bible Institute. Pastor Clover also received her M.A. in Church Leadership from Regent University. They were ordained in 2013 under Revival Ministries International Ministerial Association under the leadership of Drs. Rodney & Adonica Howard- Browne. Pastor Clover received her Master’s of Organizational Leadership from Regent University in 2022.
Dr. Leslie Schneider
Dean
Dr. Leslie is an ordained minister who leads, teaches, counsels and grows the followers of Jesus. As a Teacher, she ministers God’s Word to adult believers, to help them discover the purpose and will of God for their life. She also conducts leadership development training for churches to produce great Godly leaders. She has worked with over 6000 leaders, managers and pastoral teams throughout the US, Canada, Trinidad and Peru. For eleven years, Dr. Leslie was the Dean and Executive Director of Akron Shalom Bible College in NE Ohio. She handled all the administrator duties for student issues, course selection, instructors, financial aid, policy and procedures. She was an instructor as well. Since 2000 she has been teaching God’s Word in churches and home study groups; taught on internet radio broadcasts six days a week, reaching followers of Jesus all over the globe; offers on-demand Bible Studies; is a guest instructor at various Bible Colleges; conducts weekly livestream Bible Studies to followers of Jesus throughout the US and the globe; and teaches, ministers and counsels at the River at Fort Myers. Dr. Leslie has her earned Doctor’s degree in Biblical Studies/Education and a Master’s degree in Christian Counseling through Shalom Bible College and Seminary in Iowa.
